We ship within the Contiguous United States.

Discount Medical Depot charges shipping rates according the UPS rate schedule. We reserve the right to use the postal carrier of our choice which may include UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling costs are included in the postage rate charged to the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours except where the order has already shipped.
  • Custom orders are not cancelable.
  • For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition.
  • Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization from Discount Medical Depot.  Please contact us.
  • Returns are subject to a 25-30% restocking charge.

Return Policy.  Return Merchandise Policy: Permission for any returned merchandise must be secured from our return department. You must e-mail the refund request to  sales@discountmedicaldepot.com at which time the return authorization number with return instructions will be sent to you. Warranty Information

Luxor H. Wilson

Our Luxor products have a Luxor Lifetime Warranty:

Luxor warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. In discharge of the limited warranty, Luxor agrees to repair or replace with reasonable promptness any product or part which is returned to Luxor. This limited warranty assumes proper care and normal use by the operator. The foregoing limited warranty is exclusive and Luxor assumes no liability for transportation, or for general, special or consequential damages of any kind, which may be sustained by buyer as a result of the installation or use of the products furnished by Luxor.

Our Wooden Mallet products have a 1 Year Wooden Mallet Warranty:

Wooden Mallet warrants that its products shall be free from defects in original material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original shipment date. This warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear or in the event products are damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, vandalism, neglect, accident, improper application, and modification or repair by persons not authorized by Wooden Mallet. Wooden Mallet will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defects. Any repair or replacement must be approved in advance by the factory before any action is taken. There are no implied warranties of fitness or merchantability, and there are no other express warranties beyond the warranties expressed here.

Our Harloff products have a 2 week lead time and a 12 year Manufacturer Warranty:

Harloff Healthcare Products carts and accessories are manufactured, tested and inspected in accordance with specific engineering requirements, and are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of TWELVE (12) YEARS from date of purchase.

Our Drive Medical products have a Drive Medical Warranty:
